Preperation is key. Here’s a few things to note for shoot day.

Wear something that aligns with your professional brand—think polished and simple. Solid colors are often best; avoid busy patterns, bright colors, and any visible logos that can distract from your face.
Simple jewelry can be great for confidence while also creating a pop of contrast. Understated is the key. Avoid anything large or ornate as those can serve as distractions.

For men, facial grooming should match the look you want to convey—clean-shaven, a well-trimmed beard, etc.
For women, keep makeup professional and not overly heavy.
Your final image will include retouching to achieve a clean and professional look.

We have a dressing room with some basic essentials, but we recommend bringing that favorite brush, perfect compact foundation, and killer lip stain for quick touch-ups mid-session.

We’re going to coach you but be prepared to try a few different facial expressions—serious, smiling, confident, and approachable. Different expressions bring out unique aspects of your personality, which can help us find the perfect shot.
