Porsche Cars North America needed consistent vehicle photography across its entire U.S. dealer network — a platform used by buyers to find available inventory nationwide. The goal was a unified visual standard that could realistically be executed by dealers with varying equipment, staffing levels, and workflow constraints.
ARMADA was brought in based on its existing relationship with the PCNA team. The work involved researching actual conditions across the dealer network, developing and testing a set of standard operating procedures using 4D rendering tools and instructional design, and piloting the program with select dealerships before broader rollout.
The deliverable wasn't a shoot. It was the playbook other people use to shoot.
