Creating Consistency Across 200+ Porsche Dealerships?
Challenge Accepted.
Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) needed a unified look for vehicle inventory photography across its network of more than 200 Porsche Centers. The goal? Build a visually consistent experience for a national aggregation platform showcasing every Porsche for sale in the U.S.
ARMADA was brought in for the job, thanks to years of experience collaborating with the internal teams at Porsche Cars North America. We hit the ground running—diving deep into the realities of the dealer network, from baseline equipment and staff skill levels to workflow processes and asset volume.
Using a combination of advanced 4D rendering tools and classic instructional design, we developed, tested, and refined a set of standard operating procedures tailored to meet the unique challenges at every dealership.
Working closely with the dealer marketing team, we even pilot-tested the program with select dealerships to ensure real-world success and gain buy-in across the board.
In the end, we didn’t just streamline the system—we wrote the playbook. Pretty cool, right?
